C'est d'abord une promotion du Lean, mais cela peut aussi être une amorce de la promotion du coaching, et de l'importance à mettre sur la démarche, en priorité par rapport au résultat (immédiat) : s'inscrire dans la durée comme gage de performance, pas dans le résultat du jour, qui n'est qu'un gage de survie. Sans oublier le "kata": un outil de développement, bien sûr. En bref, un petit livre qui n'a l'air de rien, mais il y a en fait beaucoup de substance derrière.
